Welcome to The Connie Erickson Foundation
The Connie Erickson Foundation was formed after our president, Susan Jonas lost her dear mom, Connie Erickson, to pancreatic cancer after only an eighteen-month courageous battle. Connie passed on September 12, 2015 and this event changed the lives of many forever. Pancreatic cancer is the #3 killer and currently has a 13% five-year survival rate. Our goal is to double this number and one day hear the magical words: a cure has been found.
The Connie Erickson Foundation has hosted numerous fundraising events. One of our biggest fundraisers is the development of a line of Connie's Creations artwork. Connie Erickson was an amazing artist and calligrapher. We continue to expand this line of artwork to keep it fresh with new items added every year — including ceramic tiles, canvases, prints and ornaments.
We also hold the annual 9th Annual Connie Erickson Foundation Golf Outing at Walden Ponds Golf Club in Fairfield Township on September 13th, 2025 and the 10th Annual Sip & Swirl at Lake Forest Country Club in Louisville, Kentucky on October 18th, 2025. These events have enabled us to raise more than $30,000 for pancreatic cancer research.
